Event Listing Information

Registration Process

Payment Issues
Payment Processed But No Confirmation?
If you were charged but don't see a confirmation, don't register again. Contact [email protected] with your transaction details for resolution.
Cancellation & Refunds

I registered but didn't receive a confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder. Verify the event appears in your Dashboard under 'My Events'. If not there and payment was made, contact [email protected].
I need to cancel my registration
Go to the event in 'My Events' and look for a cancel option. If no option exists or you're past the deadline, contact the event organizer directly to request cancellation/refund.
The event is full but I really want to attend
Join the waitlist if available. Contact the organizer to express interest - they may be able to expand capacity or notify you of similar events.
I was charged twice for the same event
Do not attempt to register again. Contact [email protected] immediately with both transaction details for a refund of the duplicate charge.
The event was cancelled but I wasn't notified
Check your email (including spam) for cancellation notices. Contact the organizer for information on refunds or rescheduling.
I arrived but no one was there
Double-check the event time and location. Try contacting the organizer using info from the event page. If you can't reach anyone, document the situation and request a refund.
The event skill level wasn't as advertised
Provide feedback to the organizer. For future events, ask for more specific skill requirements. Most organizers appreciate this feedback to improve matching.
I can't check in via the app
Make sure you're at the venue and within the check-in window. Try refreshing the app. If issues persist, check in with the organizer in person.
Common Questions
What if I'm new and don't know anyone?
That's exactly what social events are for! Organizers and regular attendees are typically welcoming to newcomers. Arrive early, introduce yourself, and be open to playing with different people. Most events are designed to help you meet other players.
How do I know if an event is right for my skill level?
Check the skill level indicator in the event description. If unsure, contact the organizer to ask about the typical participant level. It's better to ask beforehand than to feel out of place during the event.
Can I bring a friend who isn't registered?
This depends on the event. Some allow drop-ins; others require advance registration. Check the event description or ask the organizer. Having guests register ensures there's space and helps with planning.
What happens if it rains for an outdoor event?
Check the event page for weather policies. Organizers typically communicate cancellations or indoor alternatives via email and app notifications. Most events are cancelled or moved with refunds/credits offered.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Usually yes - bring your own racket/paddle. Some clinics provide balls. Check the event description for equipment requirements. Venues may have rentals available but don't count on it.
Can I request a specific partner for doubles events?
For some events, yes. Check if there's a partner preference option during registration. For mixers, partners typically rotate so preferences don't apply. Contact the organizer if you have specific needs.
