Troubleshooting Common Problems
Quick solutions to common issues league players encounter.
My team captain hasn't added me to the roster
Contact your captain directly to request the invite. If you can't reach them, contact the league organizer who can help facilitate roster additions.
My opponent isn't responding to scheduling requests
Try multiple contact methods (email, phone, app notification). Document your scheduling attempts with screenshots. If no response after 3+ attempts, contact the league organizer for assistance.
I can't see the 'Propose Time' button for my match
Only certain match statuses allow proposals. Check if the match is marked 'Needs Scheduling'. If the scheduling deadline has passed, contact the organizer. For team leagues, only the captain can schedule.
My proposed time was rejected but I don't see alternatives
Ask your opponent to propose times that work for them. Check the 'Proposed Times' section on the match page. If communication is difficult, contact the organizer to help mediate.
The scheduling deadline passed and our match isn't scheduled
Contact the organizer immediately. They may extend the deadline, assign a time, or mark the match as a double forfeit depending on league policy.
I can't submit the score for my match
Score submission is only available after the scheduled match date. For team leagues, only the captain can submit scores. Check that the match status shows 'Needs Score Submission'.
I submitted the wrong score by mistake
If your opponent hasn't confirmed yet, contact them to dispute and enter the correct score. If already confirmed, contact the organizer immediately to correct it.
My opponent won't confirm the score I submitted
Reach out to remind them. If no response within 48 hours, the score will auto-confirm. If they dispute incorrectly, provide evidence to the organizer.
The match shows 'Disputed' but I submitted the correct score
Wait for the organizer to review. Gather evidence (score tracking app, photos, witness statements) and submit to the organizer. You'll be notified when resolved.
I was charged but not added to the league
Check your confirmation email and dashboard. If payment confirmed but no registration, contact [email protected] with transaction details. Don't pay again.
My match result is showing incorrectly in standings
Check that the score was entered and confirmed correctly on the match page. If there's an error, contact the league organizer immediately to correct it.
I need to withdraw from the league mid-season
Contact the league organizer as soon as possible. Discuss refund options if applicable. Your remaining matches may need to be handled (forfeit or find sub).
My opponent disputed the match result unfairly
Contact the league organizer with your version of the score. Provide any evidence (score tracking app, photos, witnesses). The organizer will make a final ruling.
I think I'm in the wrong division
Contact the league organizer to discuss. If it's early in the season, division changes may be possible. Provide your rating or recent results as evidence.
I'm not receiving match notifications
Check your notification settings in your profile. Ensure you have notifications enabled for league updates. Check your email spam folder for missed emails.
Common Questions
What if I can't commit to every match of the season?
Check the league's match requirements. Some leagues allow a certain number of missed matches. Flex leagues offer more scheduling flexibility. Contact the organizer about your situation before registering.
Can I be on multiple teams or in multiple leagues?
Usually yes, as long as schedules don't conflict. Check individual league rules as some restrict multi-league participation. Be realistic about your time commitment.
What happens if my partner drops out mid-season?
Contact the organizer immediately. Options may include: finding a replacement partner, being matched with another player who needs a partner, or potentially withdrawing from the league.
How are skill levels verified?
Some leagues require connected UTR/DUPR accounts. Others accept self-ratings with organizer verification. If you're significantly mismatched after a few matches, the organizer may adjust placements.
What if there's bad weather on match day?
For outdoor leagues, contact your opponent to reschedule. Most leagues build in makeup time at the end. Indoor leagues aren't affected. Follow the league's weather policy.
How are playoff seeds determined?
Typically by regular season standings. Tiebreakers usually include head-to-head record, games/sets differential, and total games won. Check your specific league rules.
